Oxford University Faculty of Music presents Isolde, as part of its Wagner 1900 International Conference. A bold re-imagining of Wagner’s opera Tristan und Isolde, this new production is based on the composer Gustav Mahler and designer Alfred Roller’s visionary staging of the classic at the Vienna Court Opera in 1903.
Isolde will be performed on 11 April 2018 for one-night-only in the Grade I listed Sheldonian Theatre in Oxford.
